RECIPE from The Modern: Truffles for your love

Dear Food Diary:
It’s almost Valentine’s Day and what better way to sweeten your honey’s day than some homemade chocolate truffles!? And not just any ordinary recipe, but the Grand-Mere Truffles from the award winning kitchen of The Modern (pastry chef Marc Aumont).

I haven’t tried it yet, but it doesn’t seem too complicated. I mean how bad could it be right? Dark chocolate, sugar, butter, peanut butter and cocoa powder.
