Dear Food Diary:
It’s been a crazy winter this year. With blizzard after blizzard, I’ve been hiding indoors (thank goodness).

My itch to build a snowman turned into my new fun obsession – 3D latte art.

Using my Nespresso Pixie and Aeroccino.

Here are my attempts so far…


First try, not bad right?

The second one was a fail. I’ll spare you the ugly mess.

3rd attempt was my best to date. Matching hat, scarf and all. My chic city snowman.

For my latest attempt, I used a different brand of almond milk and the froth was lighter, hence it sank. But the fortune latte was pretty accurate. Maybe he should become a meteorologist.
