FRIDAY: Momofuku + Red Cross for Sandy
It’s been a devastating week in the East Coast. I’ve never seen images of NYC like this.
As we are trying to get back to “normal” or whatever is possible, Momofuku Ma Peche is donating ALL PROCEEDS from lunch and dinner today to benefit the Red Cross.
Also at their pop up in Williamsburg, plus a fancy $495 dinner with Cafe Bouloud. Details here
I know there are other ways to help out, but if you’re going out to eat anyways, might as well do it for a good cause right? I’m sure a lot of restaurants are doing the same, if you have any, please share with us below.

Smorgasburg at Whole Foods Market Bowery
Dear Food Diary:
Whole Foods Bowery is bringing Smorgasburg to the city. “Smorgasburg Bowery” features one vendor at a time on their 2nd floor. The line up looks pretty sweet so far, I can’t wait to see some of my faves join the list.
